Using Designer Paper CAS Style

Hi friends!
The first card of this post is for for the latest Less Is More Challenge: Designer paper. My second card has designer paper too but it isn't so very less is more... I do however hope it will qualify for CAS Mix Up May Challenge! I used spray mists as my third element.

In the first card I cut a strip of brown patterned paper and heat embossed Chocolate Baroque flowers on it with white powder. The card base is dry embossed for added interest. A Finnish sentiment finishes up the card.

The second card features flower and leaf stamps by My Favorite Things + a Simon Says Stamp sentiment. The background is stamped with small Prima background stamps and also misted with green ink mists. Some drops and a punched leaf to finish it up. I'll call this collage CAS. ;)

Hope you like, thanks for popping by!

  1. Two gorgeous CAS cards Nonni. LOVE the pretty white embossed flowers on the patterned paper. Great layout!

And love your collage CAS card. The stamped script and sprays create a beautiful backdrop for your die-cut leaves and fussy-cut flowers. Love the green and orange colours --- so fresh. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Mix Up! xx

  4. Love all of the texture that you have added to that patterned paper with the over stamping and embossing, Nonni - it looks great and still beautifully CAS! The movement on the second card with the splatters and loose flowers is gorgeous too. Great to see you over at Less is More :)
