July Release at Picket Fence Studios!

Hi friends!

Today I have a very exciting post for you... I'm guest designing at Picket Fence Studios for their July Release!! So many wonderful new goodies are being released... And I was thrilled to play with these products!! Thank you Picket Fence Studios for this great opportunity.  I had a blast and was very inspired!

I'm sharing 3 cards today and two more during the weekend. There's product links available and I'm sharing some product photos too. Please check out all the details from Picket Fence Studios store and blog!

Card 1

In my first card I created a sunflower background with the A Sunflower stamp. I cut masks with A Sunflower coordinating die and stamped and masked the background panel. I colored the panel with Copics. I used Scene Building Rectangle Two die for creating the white frame that I have lifted from the panel with foam. The white heat embossed sentiment comes from This Rain Will Pass, it's cut out with the This Rain Will Pass Coordinating die. I finished the card with white paint splatters and Sequins from Sequin Mix.

Card 2

This card was so easy and fun to make, yet the outcome is so impactful! I stenciled the leaves design from Slim Line Shadow of Leaves stencil using Spanish Moss Paper Glaze and Turquiose Jewelry Paper Glaze on greyish card. I just love the blend of colors and all the sparkle! I also used white glitter card for Slimline Oversized Cherished die  for even more sparkle! I die cut the sentiment four times and stacked the die cuts for lots of dimension. I trimmed my panel to be closer to a mini slimline card. I finished the card with Sequins from Sequin Mix.

Card 3

I begun this card by making the leaves with More Ash Leaves die. I used white glitter card for the top layer and scraps of pastel colored card for the bottom layer. These leaves are so detailed and pretty! I made the background with Shadow of Leaves stencil and Arctic Fox Paper Glaze. The sentiment comes from A Sunflower Coordinating die and I used black glitter card for the top layer of my 4 dies thick stack! A lot of fun dimension here! I finished the card with Sequins from Sequin Mix. I'm adding a slightly "darker" close up photo so you can see the sparkle from the paper glaze and glitter card better!

So, after seeing all the three cards... Which one is your favorite?!? Thank you again Picket Fence Studios for this fun GD gig! Make sure to check out the whole release from Picket Fence Studios store.

New Challenge at Time Out!

 Hi friends!

It's time for a new challenge at Time Out! This time we have a great challenge for you:

Sending a handmade card is an act of kindness in itself isin't it! The sentiment I chose is maybe more fitting for a Friendship or Blossom theme... But at least in my world all of my friends are kind people lol!

The flower cluster is made with Altenew stencils and dies. I used Altenew inks for stenciling and also added little extra depth with Altenew woodless coloring pencils. The sentiment comes from a Gina K set. I made an oval stencil with a SSS die and stenciled the shape to my card base with more Altenew ink. I wanted some added interest so I used an old diamond stencil from my stash (no idea from who, sorry!) Some gold paint splatters and gold gems finish off the card!

Please head on over to our challenge blog for all the challenge details and glorious DT inspiration. If you play along you  could be chosen as our guest designer -this time our guest is the very talented Arlene Rose.

Thank you for popping by and I hope to see you joining us!

 Hi friends!

I'm here with a card inspired by the new monthly challenge at Power Poppy called the Blossom challenge! The topic for the first challenge is April Showers bring May flowers and I chose the beautiful Hellebores image to color in for the challenge. I tried to go with super springy colors combining some of my Copics with some of my Altenew markers. Die by Penny Black, sentiment by Jane's Doodles.

My card is made with a super old stencil, no idea who is the maker of the it... I've used Karin markers for watercoloring the image. The sentiment is Finnish language and says "congratulating you". I've die cut my panel with Winnie and Walter rectangle dies. I kept the card very CAS to give all the attention to the beautiful flower!

New Challenge at Time Out!

Hi friends!
I'm here to share my DT creation for Time Out where we want you to be inspired by this fabulous photo:

Isn't it an unique room?!? I love it! I was inspired by the metallic triangle shapes in the wall art, the combo of silver and gold in the pillows, and also ended up adding a touch of blue from the sofas. I die cut a Winnie and Walter cover plate and used it as a stencil. My card stock is pearl silver card and I used metallic grey ink which I then heat embossed with clear sparkly powder. I must say I love how it turned out!! I added a sentiment by our sponsor STAMPlorarions, attached the panel to my card base, added some golden gems and my simple card was ready! Hope you like and thank you for popping by.
