New Challenge at Inkspirational!

Hi friends!
I'm here with my DT card for the new challenge at Inkspirational

Our DT member Pia has chosen this fun topic, very suitable for the summer months when many of us are traveling on our vacations! A good friend of mine travels to different lighthouse islands every summer to stay there for a week or so and  to help to restore the lighthouse with a group of volunteers -quite an unique hobby! She is also one of my regular dog sitters an will come to help next week when I'm working my butt off.... So I made this card for her as a thank you card. All the dies came free with a papercrafting magazine and the sentiment stamps are by Uniko.  Hope you like and thanks for popping by!

Head on over to our challenge blog for all the challenge details and more DT inspiration. :)

All the die cutting is made with bits of left over card stock so I'm entering Pixie's Crafty Snippets #358! Also entering Simon Says Wednesday Challenge: die cutting.

I love, love the scene you’ve created here. I can almost feel the salty air. Beautifully clean and simple and the perfect theme for your friend.

Ah, what a beautiful and true sediment and one that is perfect for your idyllic lighthouse scene, Nonni! You are very thoughtful to make this card for your friend, knowing how much it will mean to her! Hugs, Darnell
