I'm here today with a quick post with my DT card for the fun new challenge at Inkspirational:
This was a very inspiring word prompt, I had several ideas from using my score board to create a rosette to making a more folded card design... But I opted for using a tiny envelope die I have! The die cuts the shape of the envelope and you fold it yourself and glue it together. Quite a fun, cute die! I used a SSS flower die (or parts of the die) to create a flower that pops up from the envelope. This die was gifted to me by my fabulous Time Out team mate Jill and I really love it! Thanks Jill!! The sentiment is by Verve Stamps (no longer in business) and the rectangle dies are W+9. Hope you like and thanks for popping by! Lots of more DT inspiration in our challenge blog HERE!
Your take on the word prompt is brilliant. The little envelope with flowers bursting out from it so creative. Looking great!
ReplyDeleteWow... I love that little envelope! So cute and it looks so nice against the black background. Really lovely design!

That's so cute. You seem to be loaded with ideas for this theme.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun and creative way to add a folded envelope to your card for the Fold Challenge, Nonni. Love how the die cut leaf and flower spill out of your envie. TFS Hugs..Nancy
ReplyDeleteI just love this Nonni-love you used the black background-it really makes the flowers pop and when I saw your card I thought....oh darn why didn't I think of that-I have little envelopes already done and never use them! Still your super idea gave me inspiration for another time x
ReplyDeleteWhat a great design with the little envelope - I would never have thought of using it like this. Love the colour combo too. By the way, I came and copied this off here on Saturday - think you forgot to add it. Probably due to summer and coming and going- I lose track of the days at the moment.
ReplyDeleteThis is so sweet!! I love the little envelope you created!!! Great take on the challenge!
