New Challenge at Inkspirational!

Hi friends!
I'm here with my DT card for our new challenge at Inkspirational. The next fortnight we are going to be inspired by this photo:

Quite an unique photo! I chose the grey color and was also inspired by the windows. Also my flower has a somewhat similar shape than an umbrella has if you really use your imagination! :)

The grey card base is splattered with white paint. The window is cut with a MFT window die (thank you Milla for letting me to borrow this!) and I backed it with vellum with a heat embossed white sentiment. I added a stamped, die cut Altenew flower, some clear drops, and called it ready! A very simple card. Hope you like!

I'm very glad the wonderful Anita is our guest designer! Love her style... And it might look like I copied her card idea but you must believe me when I tell you I saw her card after making mine! So it was a "great minds think alike"- type of situation. :) Click HERE for all the DT inspiration.... And after admiring everyone's cards, happy crafting!

I'd like to join:
(I used a delicate, springy bloom!)

AAA Cards: Favorite Technique
My favorite technique for the last 1 or 2 months has been splattering... I splatter all my cards! :)

(I hope you'll agree this soft flower has a springy look!)

You had me smiling all over my face, Nonni ... the same muse hit us both! What a gorgeous take on the inspiration ... that delightful, delicate flower pops so beautifully against the subtle, splattered grey background ... I love it! Thanks so much for your sweet shout out and for having me as your Guest Designer at Inkspirational! Hugs, Anita :)

Lots of detail in this card... looks fantastic! Love the white paint splatter, the bold yellow against the grey, the use of the aperture. Really nice!

I love your yellow and grey and white color combo, Nonni. I have never thought to add splatters to a colored framing layer..adds such nice texture and interest. Beautiful Spring time flower and die cut window. TFS my friend. Hugs..

You and Anita do both have great minds, Nonnie, so I'm not surprised that happened! Your card is sensational! I love that you splattered the colored card with white paint and am bookmarking that idea! The hammered panel goes so well with it and both make a brilliant background for your lovely 'umbrella flower!' Hope all is well! I think of you often! Hugs, Darnell
