New Challenge at Time Out!

Hi friends!

I'm here with my DT card for Time Out Challenges -sorry for being one day late with my card and post!

Our challenge for the next fortnight is Inspired by Words:

"When we focus on our gratitude,
the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes on"
Kristin Armstrong

You can use the whole quote as your starting point or just be inspired by one word or some words like "tide", "gratitude" or "love". Plenty of possibilities here!

We are sponsored by Poppy Stamps with a generous $20 gift voucher and our winner also gets called to guest design in a future challenge. This time our inspiring GD is Deb Horst. Don't miss her fabulous card or any DT inspiration and challenge details, click HERE!

I was inspired by tide (made me think of waves) and love. My card ended up having a sort of maritime color palette, so I went into the direction of a masculine love-card. The stripy wavy die from my stash is unbranded, I unfortunately don't remember where it's from... But the sentiment and background die (more waves!) are by Altenew. Hope you like and thank you for stopping by!

I'll join:

I so love your card, Nonni. The color scheme is wonderful and the CAS design is brilliant. Tide and love - simple and perfect.

Love your gorgeous CAS card Nonni - I guess the word tide brings out the maritime in most of us! Great background (I think I need this die now) and the your little wavy panel is so cute and how perfect are those sparkly floating hearts too!
Hugs, Kate!

I love how you interpreted the words, Nonni, and what a great masculine card. There is so much movement with all the waves and those little red hearts top it off beautifully.
