New Challenge at Inkspirational!

Hi friends!

We have a new challenge at Inkspirational and this time I've chosen the challenge topic... It is to use 3 or 5 of something in your project. 

I've used 3 stamped, colored and die cut Altenew flower images. I tried to create a very simple layout with "flow". You'll find plenty of inspiration in our challenge blog from our design team and our talented guest designer Milla!

I decided to play with my new chubby unicorn stamp from Funky Fossil Designs, I thought that image is pretty funny. :) The dies I used are from W+9 (the frame) and Winnie and Walter (the hears). The origin of the sentiment stamp is unknown, I've got it as a gift. Hope you like and thanks for popping by!

I'm here to share my DT card for our new challenge at Inkspirational! It's a nice and easy word prompt:

Very appropriate for summer!

My good friend Milla continues as our June guest designer. Don't miss her card or any inspiration from the DT, click HERE! 

For my card I colored in some cute strawberries by Clearly Besotted with Copics. I die cut a sort of story book die shape with a Pretty Pink Posh die to "mount" the image to the card base. The sentiment is by Clearly Besotted as well. A very simple card -I did try to add more elements to this but could not make them work! :)

In my card I used a stamped and die cut floral image by Hero Arts -I had colored it already a while ago so this card came together super fast! Also the square die cut window shape was just waiting to be used in my stash. :) I chose blue card to complement the purple in the flowers... And was also thinking that there's a lot of blue in nature, in the sky and in the waters!

New Challenge at Less Is More!

It's time for a colour challenge in our rota at Less Is More. This time the colors are:

I really loved this combo and had lots of ideas what to make... In the end I decided to use a card base I had die cut ready and simply add a white heat embossed Altenew flower. I used colored card to bring our color palette to life. For the sentiment I used Imperial Purple Versafine ink which is a lovely dark plum, a very good alternative to black and perfect for our colours this time!

New Challenge at Inkspirational!

I'm here with my DT card for our new challenge at Inkspirational. I have been taking a small break from Ink due to busy work situation but now I'm finally back, yay! :)

In our blog you'll find lots of inspiration from our design team! I'm very happy to let you know that my good friend and super talented card maker Milla is our guest designer for the month of June! Very happy to create cards to same challenges with Milla! 

I believe it's pretty obvious that I tried to mimic the look of the beautiful jumpsuit by stamping a colorful, sort of dotted background with a stamp by Marianne Design. I did want to bring something else to the card as well and decided to use my new Newton's Nook stamps and dies but to not to color the flowers in -I thought the background was already so busy that something more simple would do better. The sentiment is by Simon Says Stamp. Hope you like and thanks for popping by! I look forward seeing you at Ink!
