New Challenge at Less Is More!

HI friends!

I'm here with my DT card for the new Less Is More challenge: That's Torn It. Very fun and unique challenge theme!

The month of November is sponsored by Catherine Pooler.

Play along in all November challenges for a chance to win a fabulous prize and to be called to guest design for us in the future! Please head on over to our challenge blog for all the challenge details and more inspiration from our fabulous team.

In my card I've used a wintry floral image by Stampendous and sentiment by CAS-ual Fridays. The base layer where I've stamped the flower is kraft card. I've first stamped it with regular black memento ink using my misti leaving the stamp in the misti for the duration of my coloring. After the coloring I've re-stamped the image with Versamark and heat embossed it with gold. I then glued the top layer with the torn window and did some extra tearing until it was to my liking. It still looked a bit boring so I did some inking for a more aged looked... It was starting to look very nice but then I sort of over did it and it looks a bit dirty now, yaiks. :) But... That's the way it is turn out. :) I added some Stickles detail to the berries and called it ready!

  12. Wow! Absolutely stunning, Nonni. Not only this gorgeous floral that you always coloured so beautifully (like your previous cards), but the way you use the cue word to make a window! This is so clever and it gives such a striking vintage look to your card. You totally rock this one again ! Have a fabulous day. Hugs x
