Hi friends!
I'm here with my DT card for the new Inkspirational challenge where the theme is Celebrating! Itäs our 200th challenge so that sure is something to celebrate! You can be only make a celebration card or also be inspired by the provided photo. Please head on over to the challenge blog for all the challenge details and lots of more DT inspiration!
I decided to make a celebration card AND be inspired of the photo. I did need a Christmas card for my card stash so I looked for a stamp that would somehow make the trick! This Poinsettia by Penny Black seemed to work at least somehow lol! I've heat embossed it with gold powder and colored it with colored pencils. I do think the sentiment is PB as well but I'm not entirely sure. I finished the card with some splatters and die cutting. Hope you like this and thanks for popping by!

The Flower Challenge: Add Spots or Stripes (I hope my splatters are "spotty" enough!)
Stunning with the black base and all that gold. Adore that sentiment. The spalshes are just like fireworks!
ReplyDeleteDid you hear me gasp, Nonni? This is GORgeous!! I've decided you are the absolute Queen of poinsettia art on cards!! Hugs, Darnell

ReplyDeleteAn absolutely stunning card Nonni! I love the drama of the colours against the black and the way you added a dimensional element. The splatters give it a really magical feel too. Vicky x
