More Inspiration With November Hero Studio

Hi friends!

Project 1: Doorhanger 

 Whole Studio Bonus Stamps + Die + Stamp and Cut of the Month

This doorhanger was so fun to make! I used the die and stamps from the Whole Studio Bonus that you'll receive if you subscribe to all of the Studio products. I couldn't resist adding one cute stamped, colored and die cut image from the Stamp and Cut of the Month too. I used Copics for my coloring and also added little shading to the white base with light green ink for extra detail.

These bookworms make me smile so much I had to add two of them. Those eyes, lol!! Love them!! I think this turned very cute and fun. I can't wait to use this tote bag die with some of my flower dies to fill it with flowers too!

November Studio at Hero Arts... "One More Chapter"!

Hi friends!

I'm here today with some mid-month inspiration with the latest Hero Studio subscription products. Hero Studio is a monthly subscription program with new collections coming out every month... Options starting only from $17.50 per month. Learn all about Hero Studio and join in the fun HERE. November Studio is called "One More Chapter" and it's filled with gorgeous book themed products. Today I'm sharing bookmarks I made with the super cute Stamp and Cut of the Month Set. 

I wanted to create His and Hers bookmarks to give as Christmas gifts... And I love how they turned out! 

I've colored the stamped images with Copics and die cut them out with the coordinating die. I've then used the oval die that cuts the image in the blue bookmark to create the bases for the bookmarks: 

I used the partial die cutting technique where I didn't cut the bottom end of the die (if you google partial die cutting you'll find plenty of tutorials about the technique) but trimmed the edges and the bottom with my paper trimmer to have it a bit bigger than what the original size would be. 

I could then glue my stamped image on top and the design started to shape up! I used the circle dies from Tag Infinity Dies to cut the hole for a cute tassel from my stash.

November Challenge at Stay Crafty With a Blog Named Hero!

Hi friends! 

The November Challenge at Stay Crafty With a Blog Named Hero is in full swing! This month we want you to use scraps in creating your projects. Our design team has plenty of scraps inspiration for you in the challenge blog. There you'll also find all the details on how to enter... for a chance to win a $50 gift card to Hero Arts Store! 

In my card I've used a cute flower stamp from a stamp and cut set called Here for You. I've colored it with Copics and added a bit of extra shading with colored pencils. The Hello-die is from the current Hero Studio Die Set of the Month . It's a super sweet book-themed die set with even some bookworms... Make sure to check it out! 

The background is created with pieces of scrap card and a 1 inch punch. Very quick and easy!
