Hi friends!
We have a new challenge for you at Inkspirational:
This challenge is a very special one because we have 3 new design team members joining us! Please welcome
Absolutely wonderful to have these 3 talented ladies joining us! Welcome, welcome, welcome!
I recently moved and this was the first card I created in my new home. I don't have a dedicated crafting space in my new home but the space in front of my kitchen window is really lovely -I love the light and the view. I made something very simple -a one layer card with a Crafty Individuals stamp that totally says "comfort" to me -what can be more comforting than feeling close with a friend or partner! This is a Christmas card with a Finnish Christmas sentiment. I've created a Nordic night sky with ink and paints, masking the image and a snow bank.
I hope to see you joining us! Don't forget to check out the challenge blog for all the challenge details and lots more DT inspiration!
The night sky is stunning-this feels comforting too! Perfect blending and such great masking to do this x

ReplyDeleteWhat perfect masking - that inky background is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Aurora borealis, northern lights, so impressive, both in real life and on your card.
ReplyDeleteLove this! I know I already commented on IG, but I really do love the colors you used to create this background. It looks so stunning against the black and white penguins.
ReplyDeleteI do owe you an email... sorry that I have hit a busy patch recently! I was very glad to hear from you!

The background ink blending is amazing. Thank you for welcoming us with open hearts Nonni
ReplyDeleteThe colours you achieved are wonderful. So cute - holding hands. Does your sentiment say Merry Christmas? I love it when you use Finnish sentiments but wish I knew what they say :) xx
ReplyDeleteGorgeous blending, Nonni ... love those outline, unconventional penguins against it ... so cute! Hugs, Anita :)
