Hi friends!
I'm here today to remind you of our current challenge at TIME OUT Challenges where we are inspired by this gorgeous Home Sweet Home photo:
So much to be inspired by here! If you however need some ideas, have a look at the rest of the DT cards HERE. As always we also have a fabulous guest designer and this time we are happy to have Ksenija joining us. She is for sure one of the most talented card makers in bogland and her blog is filled with inspiration on how to make the most of our crafty stash! Absolutely love Ksenija's work.
I was inspired by the wall paper. I chose kraft card as a base for my Concord & 9th flowers. I colored the flowers with Copics and added white gel pen details. The floral panel is cut with a W+9 die. This is such a girly photo to me and I wanted to use a girly die! :) I also die cut a plain circle to raise my die cut Winnie and Walter sentiment a little bit. Hope you like!

Very pretty CAS design, love the inspiration you took from the photo.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge blog. I hope you have a great day x
Beautiful! I love the way the Copic colours look a little bit muted on the kraft cardstock - a really soft and pretty look that I will have to try. The white gel pen really pops - I love those little details. The way you added interest to the sentiment with the die cut circle is genius - It draws the eye in without distracting from your wonderful background - great design!
ReplyDeletewhat an amazing design. And wow to the colouring. I really like you added the extra dimension with the circle die-inspired idea x
ReplyDeleteThe circle and text give this card beautiful dimension. And great colouring! The little dots on the flowers bring them to life; like them! Hugs, Gerrina
ReplyDeleteLove your beautiful floral card. The kraft background is really nice, and your coloring fantastic.
ReplyDeleteStunning, Nonni! I've had this set for ages and have not done justice to it, as I'm an epic fail at water-colour. Seeing what you've done with copics has me exponentially inspired! Time to give the wild flowers some TLC!

One of my favourite sets, Nonni ... beautifully showcased here! The copic colouring is gorgeous against the kraft ... it's soft, subtle and lovely! Hugs, Anita :)
ReplyDeleteI adore this card simple in design but marvellous in every way. Your faux stitch adds just the right amount of detail to its delicate design. Thank you for sharing with us over at That’s Crafty.
