New Challenge at Time Out!

Hi friends!

In my card I've used flower dies by Altenew -they came as a freebie with a crafting magazine already a couple of years ago! I still can't decide if the layout is a fail or not... I was sort of winging it lol. A bit dangerous to glue things down before you are absolutely sure what you want to do!!

In my card I was inspired by the trees in the photo. I used a Penny Black stamp, distress inks and water to stamp this sort of artsy CAS woodland scene. Hope you like and thank you for popping by!

New Challenge at Time Out!

Hi friends!

We have a new challenge for you at Time Out. This time it's one of our Inspired by Words challenges and the quote is really cute, "happiness is a warm puppy"! You can be inspired by the whole sentiment or choose just one word or some words for your starting point.

In my card I've used a Penny Black stamp as a focal point. I've colored my pups with copics. The background is made with "ink smooshing" technique -I've pressed inks on acetate, spritzed it with water and "stamped" with it. I've also used an anchor stencil by STAMPlorations and stenciled anchors with white pigment ink. The sentiment means happy birthday in Finnish. Hope you like and thank you for popping by!

Card for Challenges!

Hi guys!

I'm here sharing a quick card I've made for some challenges in mind. The stamped image is by Waffle Flower Crafts and I so so love it! I've colored it with Copic markers. I used a beautiful mini slimline die by Crealies to frame my flowers and added black paint splatters and gold half pearls as embellies. The sentiment is a sticker and says "hugs" in Finnish language. The challenges I'm entering are:

New Challenge at Time Out!

Hi friends!

Our new challenge at Time Out begins today and we challenge you to be Cute! Very appropriately Lawn Fawn sponsors this challenge -they have tons of cute stamps in their store. In my card all the stamps, dies and stencils are by Waffle Flower Crafts apart from the sentiment stamp which is by Altenew. The background shape I cut freehand from masking paper -I've been wanting to try this kind of background type for a while so I'm glad I finally had a go with it! I've colored the images with Copics and used Altenew and Distress inks for the background.

New Challenge at AAA Birthday!

Hi friends!

I'm here with my DT card for the new challenge at AAA Birthday where the theme for the month of March is Under the Sea! Please remember we only allow birthday cards. :) In my card I've combined two digital elements: a background by Alex Syberia and turtles from Varada Sharma. My sentiment is by Stampendous. I've colored the turtles with Copics, masked them, and added a couple of distress ink shades to the background. I've splattered some water and paint on top for even more "under the sea" feel! I'm here with my DT card for our new challenge at Time Out. This will be a very special fortnight: we are celebrating our 8th birthday with a special challenge! In my card I'm using a digital image by one of our sponsors, Alex Syberia. I've colored the image with Copics and that's basically all there is to this card -this card panel fills the card front completely and does all the design work for you! :) I've simply added a Happy Birthday sentiment and that's all there is to this card design. Oh some paint splatters, yes! Never forget paint splatters! :)
