Card for Challenges!

Hi friends!
I had a completely free Saturday yesterday... It hasn't happened in a while that I just hang out at home the whole day by myself without work or any leisure time plans! So... It was time to make some cards! I worked on some future DT makes and then decided to play with a fabulous Funky Fossil Designs flowers stamp I bought already a while ago. I colored the image with Copics, added lots of Stickles and paint splatters, stamped the sentiment and added some clear droplets and called it ready. :) This flowers stamp is so stunning that it's really all you need for a card front, definitely a new favorite!

This card is for:

Stamping Sensations: Anything Goes with Flowers
Stamp, Ink, Paper: Use Favorite Stamp Set
Uniko Challenge: Anything Goes (didn't use the optional twist of autumn)

Hope you like and thanks for popping by!

New Challenge at Less Is More!

HI friends!
I'm here to share my DT card and details for the new challenge at Less Is More!

We have a very fun and creative challenge for you this time: all cards have sparkle plus another element from this list

Sparkle + Gloss
Sparkle + Matte
Sparkle + Pearl
Sparkle + Chalky

I went with sparkle and Gloss, the sparkle is Stickles in my flowers and the gloss can be found in the shiny, heat embossed sentiment. Unfortunately my photo doesn't really capture it but you'll just have to take my word for it lol!

In my card I've used stamps by Technique Tuesday that my crafty friend Jill sent me for my birthday. I haven't been coloring for a while so it was fun to dig out my Copics and color a little! I added interest to this super simple card by die cutting a square and raising it with fun foam. I always love this look!

There's lots of more DT inspiration in our challenge blog + all the challenge and prize details. In the month of September we have the fantastic Visible Image as sponsor! We also have a guest designer this time and it's Maaike -don't miss her fun, sparkly pink, card!

In my card I've been inspired by the graphic black and white look and decided to add a pop of green too from the plant on the table. I wanted to bring some fall feel to my card and added the maple leaves by Memory Box. Hope you like! Thanks for popping by!

I've made a super CAS card with a CASual Fridays Sentiment stamp and Concord and 9th heart die. The sentiment is stamped with black Versafine and then heat embossed with clear powder. I took the photo on a very grey day so the colors are a bit off, sorry... But the base is crisp white and the heart is true red! :) Hope you like and thanks for popping by!

New Challenge at Less Is More!

Hi friends!
We have a new challenge for you at Less Is More:

You could use metal objects, metal colors, foiling etc.

Funky Fossil Designs continues as our August sponsor, play along for a chance to win a fabulous prize! All the challenge details and more DT inspiration in our challenge blog HERE

I chose steel and silver as my metallic inspiration. I die cut a PTI snowflake both from silver glitter card and from the steel grey card base and inlaid the snowlake flat to the card base. The CAS-ual Fridays greeting is heat embossed with silver powder, the photo doesn't really catch it... But it's ok to read IRL lol. :) A very simple and a very CAS Christmas card from me this time, I hope you like it.

Thanks for popping by!

New Challenge at Inkspirational!

Hi friends!
I'm here with a DT card for the new challenge at Inkspirational where we want you to be inspired by this photo:

I chose the black and white patterns + the blue flower as my inspiration. When I added my card to our blog I noticed my DT buddy Anila had gone the same route! Great minds think alike lol! The flower is by W+9 and the sentiment, simply stamped, is by CAS-ual Fridays. I've colored the image with Copics and added lots of detail with gel pens. I also added blue sequins for embellies. Hope you like!

Please head on over to our challenge blog for more DT inspiration and all the challenge details.

I'd like to enter:

(the coloring did take time but I hope all the white spaces makes this CAS anyway!)

Time Out Challenges Reminder!

HI friends!
I'm here with my DT card for the current challenge at Time Out where we challenge you to be Fashionable!

This challenge is sponsored by STAMPlorations. All challenge details, info about the prize and fabulous DT inspiration in our challenge blog HERE! Also remember to leave some love to our talented guest designer Jenny Martin

At first I had no idea what stamps or dies to grab for this challenge but then I came to think of making a card with something that is in fashion at the moment. I know that in home decor bold black and gold wall papers are very in... And in clothes big floral prints have been everywhere... So I chose this Chocolate Baroque background stamp and heat embossed it with gold on black card for a pretty dramatic card front! I cropped the image to show some white card base and  added a large Winnie and Walter die cut sentiment. That's all there is to this card! It came together very quickly but this wasn't the first version... This one I ended up liking. :) I hope you like it too! Thanks for popping by!
