New Challenge at Time Out!

Hi friends!
It's time for a new challenge at Time Out Challenges and this fortnight it's a special one:

So, an important cause of breast cancer awareness is our theme this time. We ask you to make an encouragement card with an optional twist of adding pink which is the color for the ribbon for breast cancer awareness. Do remember regular check ups ladies!!

CAS-ual Fridays is sponsoring this challenge -they actually have many breast cancer related stamps in their store if you'd like to create cards or other projects with pink ribbons or other images related to the cause to help to raise awareness. They do have amazing uplifting sentiment stamps as well!

In my card I've used a large stamp by The Grey Muse Stamps and also added an extra sentiment by Altenew. I've colored the image with Copics and Altenew markers, die cut the image with a STAMPlorations die, added the extra sentiment (heat embossed) and clear drops and called it a day. The coloring of course takes some time but this card is super simple, a large image like this makes creating so easy!

I look forward seeing what you'll create for us. Our winner gets called to guest design for us -this time our GD is the fabulous Dhruvika (Cardogram) whose work I really admire! So -now it's your turn to take Time Out and craft! All the prize info, challenge details and more DT inspiration in our challenge blog HERE

  1. LOVE this beautiful card Nonni with the hugs as part of the floral arrangement as well as part of the uplifting sentiment. Vicky x

  2. This is truly stunning. I adore the richness of the colours and your colouring just gets better and better. I do love the clear drops and have them myself but always forget to use them!

  4. This is absolutely GORGEOUS, Nonni. The image is so beautiful, but your amazing coloring could make even a not-so-beuatiful thing look gorgeous. I love the wonky stitched edges, and the richness of the color in your die cut letters. The rest of the sentiment looks wonderful in white on pink.
