New Challenge at Less Is More!

Hi guys!

Welcome to another Less Is More challenge. We have a fun one for you this week: Use a real object. The design team has made fantastic, creative samples for you, don't miss any of them, click HERE! Our talented guest designer is Viv and I really love her artistic card. Welcome to LIM, Viv!

My card could not be any simpler. It's as CAS and as quick as it gets! I used linen textured card base and stamped the sentiment and the flower stems by PTI on it with the help if my Ranger stamp tool. I then attached the buttons as flowers and this card was done I think in under 5 minutes! This stamp set is very fun, it's designed to work with using buttons. I do feel this was so easy I almost cheated with my DT card this week but at least it looks quite cute! :) My DT friends surely have more complex designs for you to admire. My last two weeks have been very busy at work so no second or third DT cards this week -hopefully I'm sure back into crafting more!

Our sponsor for the month of August is the fabulous UK based online craft supplies store Seven Hills Crafts. Play along and you could win a coupon to their store!

  1. Your cards are always a total delight Nonni and this one is sheer CAS perfection! Those polkadot buttons are pretty yummy, and the pop of pink and blue really lifts the design. Here's hoping that your life calms down a bit now and that you get more crafty time. xx

  6. I adore this quick make, Nonni! It's clever and super cute. I used to have tons of buttons, but never used them, so I got rid of them. Enjoy your weekend. Hope your work week is not too hectic. 😊 Trina xx

  12. No such thing as cheating, Nonni. This is a super cute CAS beauty. Gorgeous use of the dotty buttons to blend with the polka dot leaves, and I like the pops of colour from the blue and pink. I hope you can soon get back to a less hectic life xx
