Time Out Challenges Reminder!

Hi friends!

At Time Out we have a special challenge this time: We are trying to raise awareness of epilepsy.

Why a Special Challenge?
March 26th was an Epilepsy Awareness day.
Purple is the colour for Epilepsy and a purple ribbon represents Epilepsy.
Epilepsy is a complicated condition that is often misunderstood. Many see seizures in the media as convulsive seizures but there are many types of seizures-many are silent and you wouldn't even know they were happening!
Rather than us explain Epilepsy in detail to you-take a look at this link to find out more.
Also Sandie, our team leader, has epilepsy and she tells you her experience of living with this condition here-so visit her blog if you want to know more.
There is also a hop going on to raise awareness of Epilepsy with some super Guest Designers and some prizes along the way. Friketa is organising this-pop on over and hop along!

We chose 'friendship' as our 'optional twist' as we thought it would be nice to send a purple card to a friend to make them smile-especially now in this challenging time for us all.

In my card I've used a sentiment stamp by our sponsor CAS-ual Fridays and paired it with a wonderful Stamping Bella image, colored with Copics. The winner of our challenge will win a $25 coupon to CAS-ual Fridays store! Our winner will also be called to guest design for us. This time our GD is Kavya whose card making I absolutely admire! My card is super simple, not much to tell you about it, so I'll just welcome you to join Time Out and thank you for popping by! xx

  5. The gardening girl is so sweet. Like how you made her outfit look used and a bit soiled. Fab layout as well.
