New Challenge at Time Out!

 Hi friends!

It's time for a new challenge at Time Out! This time we have a great challenge for you:

Sending a handmade card is an act of kindness in itself isin't it! The sentiment I chose is maybe more fitting for a Friendship or Blossom theme... But at least in my world all of my friends are kind people lol! 

The flower cluster is made with Altenew stencils and dies. I used Altenew inks for stenciling and also added little extra depth with Altenew woodless coloring pencils. The sentiment comes from a Gina K set. I made an oval stencil with a SSS die and stenciled the shape to my card base with more Altenew ink. I wanted some added interest so I used an old diamond stencil from my stash (no idea from who, sorry!) Some gold paint splatters and gold gems finish off the card!

I combined several products in making this card. The parrot is by Altenew and I colored it with Copics. The gold heat embossed background is made with a Uniko stamp and the sentiment, white heat embossed on vellum, comes from SSS. Hope you like and thank you for popping by! I'm here with a card inspired by the new monthly challenge at Power Poppy called the Blossom challenge! The topic for the first challenge is April Showers bring May flowers and I chose the beautiful Hellebores image to color in for the challenge. I tried to go with super springy colors combining some of my Copics with some of my Altenew markers. Die by Penny Black, sentiment by Jane's Doodles.

New Challenge at AAA Birthday!

Hi friends!

Welcome to a new challenge at AAA Birthday Card Challenges where we have a fun an easy topic for June: Flowers. Remember we only allow birthday cards in our challenge!

My card is made with a super old stencil, no idea who is the maker of the it... I've used Karin markers for watercoloring the image. The sentiment is Finnish language and says "congratulating you". I've die cut my panel with Winnie and Walter rectangle dies. I kept the card very CAS to give all the attention to the beautiful flower!

New Challenge at Time Out!

I'm here to share my DT creation for Time Out where we want you to be inspired by this fabulous photo:

Isn't it an unique room?!? I love it! I was inspired by the metallic triangle shapes in the wall art, the combo of silver and gold in the pillows, and also ended up adding a touch of blue from the sofas. I die cut a Winnie and Walter cover plate and used it as a stencil. My card stock is pearl silver card and I used metallic grey ink which I then heat embossed with clear sparkly powder. I must say I love how it turned out!! I added a sentiment by our sponsor STAMPlorarions, attached the panel to my card base, added some golden gems and my simple card was ready!
